The Process

From First Call to First Batch

We guide every restaurant through the same proven path — so your team is ready before you serve your first bowl.

Step One

Initial Consultation

We start with a conversation — your menu, your kitchen, and your volume goals. Every recommendation begins here.

Step Two

Machine & Flour Matching

We select the right Yamato machine and flour blend for your noodle style and production needs, then handle all procurement and logistics.

Step Three

Setup & Training

Our team trains your staff in-person: machine operation, dough ratios, troubleshooting, and quality control — so you're confident from day one.

Step Four

Ongoing Partnership

We stay with you. Continued flour supply, remote guidance, and on-site support as your noodle program grows.
